Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.

  Secure the Fixtures

  Carefully repackage your outdoor lamps in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
